DOES NOT INCLUDE APPLIANCES

Utility cost factors are highly variable.

Our base pricing includes water, sewer, and electricity
to a point 20 feet out from the structure
The complete utility cost will be based on these factors:

Water connection
Tied to existing home (combined water bill);
tied in to existing water but at the street; or
a new separate water tap to the city
Same with wells,- existing well or a new one.

Sewer Connection
Tied to existing sewer line at the house;
tied to main line but at the street;
A new city Sewer line tap; or
Existing or new septic.

Local officials make these decisions.
We are bound by these regulations

Electrical
In most circumstances, the power company will require a
separate meter and power feed.
This will result in the new unit having a separate address.
The utility may or may not charge for this new connection back to
lines at the street.
